Michelin-starred Bohemia, led by Head Chef Callum Graham, was ranked 61st in the UK in Harden’s 100 Best UK restaurants.

Bohemia maintained its Michelin-star for the 18th consecutive year and was awarded four AA Rosettes whilst also being ranked amongst the top ‘1000 Restaurants in the World’ by LA LISTE 2022.

Bohemia offers delicious modern European fare using only the finest fresh, high-quality and seasonal ingredients available in Jersey and surrounding islands. Influenced by his classical training in Michelin-starred restaurants spanning London, Paris and Geneva, Callum’s ambitious tasting, set, choice and surprise menus are an exercise in elegance and flavour, turning local ingredients into culinary works of art.

Most recently, Bohemia has launched its new four-course menu consisting of seasonal dishes including a local Jersey white crab meat and brown crab panacotta with blood orange and fennel; cured and torched local mackerel with cucumber, jalapeño and buttermilk; and roasted spiced duck with kohlrabi, pistachio and rhubarb served in an indulgent duck fat brioche. Finish with a rich Bahibe Valrhona chocolate dessert with Islay whisky & seaweed caramel.

Callum Graham, Head Chef at Bohemia comments: “I'm absolutely delighted for the team who work endlessly with real dedication to delight our guests. To be one of the top 100 in the country and in such illustrious company is a real honour and a testament to our commitment to quality, impeccable service and excellence. As well as the team, we’d like to thank all our customers who voted for us.”

Lawrence Huggler, Manging Director of Huggler Group (including The Club Hotel & Spa and Bohemia) adds: “We are delighted to have been recognised and highly ranked in this year’s prestigious guide. The fact that it’s voted for by diners recognising and appreciating the quality of our food and service makes it a particularly special accolade.”

The Harden's guide - which is now in its 32nd edition - is said to be the only UK restaurant guide sold in bookshops that is based on feedback from diners rather than a group of professional inspectors. A total of 30,000 reports are submitted from a survey of 3,000 diners. The Top 100 Restaurants are revealed in Harden’s Best UK Restaurants 2023.
